Spaceship Yacht “A” Turns Heads in Baška Voda

Croatia

Swimmers and waterfront strollers in the Dalmatian town of Baška Voda were glued to one thing in the sea on Monday – the 300 million dollar ‘spaceship’ looking luxury yacht “A”…

Owned by Russian billionaires Andrey and Aleksandra Melnichenko, “A” has been called the “most loved and loathed ship on the sea” because of its provocative styling.

At 119 metres long, “A” is one the largest motor yachts in the world. The yacht can accommodate 14 guests and 37 staff. “A” was designed by Philippe Starck and Martin Francis, and constructed by Blohm + Voss at the HDW shipyard in Kiel, Germany.
