An attractive new hotel on the Adriatic coast will open at the end of June in the century-old protected cultural property, which once housed the Cooperative Association and later the University of Split.

Split, 19 June 2020 – Exceptional architecture, top design with carefully selected details, modern, warm, a Mediterranean flair – this is how the new luxury hotel Fermai, located a few steps from Diocletian’s Palace in the center of Split could be described.

The century-old building, one of the few Art Nouveau in this city, is a masterpiece by architect Petar Senjanović, and the sophisticated, relaxing interior is signed by the well-known Croatian Studio Franić Šekoranja.
