Find your new favourite picnic spot at Rokov Perivoj with the irresistible summer flavours of local small-scale producers every Friday from July 21st to August 11th.

Zagreb, July 18th, 2023 – In collaboration with the Zagreb Tourist Board, the Little Picnic will once again spread its blankets overlooking the city, this time at a new location – Rokov Perivoj.

After several years of being held in Bela IV Park, the Little Picnic is moving to one of the most beautiful urban green oases, Rokov Perivoj, due to the renovation of the former building of the State Hydrometeorological Institute.

There, it will gather happy people and small local producers once again, offering an abundance of delicious treats and special moments.

The gastronomic offer, as always, is in the capable hands of a few small producers from the Mali Plac (Little Market), a well-known mobile market for local products. To quench your thirst, you’ll be able to choose from craft beers for every palate from the local brewery FRKA Brewery, summer cocktails made with local gin from Luftbremzer Gin Distillery, colourful Iskrena Matković wines, or cold-pressed organic fruit juices from OPG Korade’s garden.

From the Little Picnic menu, be sure to try relaxed conversations by candlelight, barefoot lounging on the grass, special shared moments, and the occasional wine stain. It is precisely these experiences, along with the old-town ambiance and local delicacies, that give the Little Picnic its special charm, placing it on the list of events you must visit at least once.
