Traffic light performers have taken it up a level in the Croatian capital Zagreb in recent times. Not too long ago, it was a familiar sight to see windshield washers approaching vehicles during red lights, offering to clean their windshields for a small fee.

However, over time, that service has evolved into entertainment and today a community of skilled individuals earn a few extras euros by captivating grumpy drivers waiting for the lights to turn green with their impressive talents.

From football tricks, to juggling on one-wheeled bikes, to even intricate bike stunts, which we witnessed today, Zagreb’s traffic light performers have upped their game and many have real talents and provide genuine entertainment.

In the case of the bike stunt man witnessed today, executing his trick is only one component. His timing has to be impeccable not only on the ramp but also in setting up his trick and collecting a few coins before the lights turn green.

When the traffic lights turn red, he greets the cars with a wave then quickly runs out to the middle of the road and places his ramp.

He trots back to the pavement and hops on his bike before gathering up a little bit of speed before the ramp.

He then launches himself off the ramp completing a 360-degree backflip.

After nailing his landing he then salutes the crowd before proceeding down the row of cars with hat in hand trying to make eye contact with the drivers and collect some coins for his effort.
