[PHOTOS] New Luxury Zagreb Subdivision Complete

YeomanA new luxury subdivision located in Croatia’s capital Zagreb has been completed…

The Mlinovi Hills subdivision, located in the upmarket Zagreb suburb of Mlinovi near the foot of the Sljeme mountain, features 14, 400m2 luxury villas. The villas, designed in three different layouts which include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, spa rooms, saunas, and terrace and fitness area, have been constructed by the firm Yeoman, owned by Russian businessman Dmitri Železnjak. Designed by Chapman Taylor Milan, one of the leading architectural practices in Italy, Mlinovi Hills are now complete and ready for sale – with a price tag reportedly ranging from 1.5 to 3 million euros for the most expensive villa.

A representative from the real estate firm involved in sale of the villas say that there has been interest mainly from Croats living abroad, and for diplomatic residence. (photos / Yeoman)
