24 April 2019 – A new fast boat service connecting Croatia with Italy launches on Thursday.
From Thursday, 25 April 2019, the first fast ferry connection between Zadar on the Dalmatian coast and Pesaro on the Italian coast will commence. The route will be operated by the 47-metre Nautilus fast boat which has a capacity of 350 passengers.
The boat will arrive at the Gaženica port at 11:30 am on Thursday with around 200 representatives from the Italian media and travel agencies who will further promote the tourist offerings of the Zadar region, RTL reports.
The Zadar – Pesaro line will operate during June, July and August on Tuesdays and Fridays. Besides Zadar, the boat will also connect Lošinj, Rovinj, Novalja and Rab with Pesarom and Cesenatico in Italy.
