Croats Fitness App Makes a Million in 25 Days

CroatiaIt might be in the Croatian kuna, but Croatian pair Nikola Mratinić and Luka Macner have made their first million – and in just 25 days – thanks to their innovative fitness application….

Mratinić and Macner have had some rapid success with their fitness application which they developed, which in a nutshell does the job of a personal trainer. Both recreational and professional sportspeople have gone crazy for the new app, writes Slobodna Dalmacija.

Madbarz is an application which, according to physical abilities entered on a profile, gives correct workout programmes, and includes an expert team which closely monitors training and results out in the open. Interest has been massive, with 150,000 monthly visits to the site, and over 45,000 customers on their wait list. After just 25 days the pair, from Split and Zagreb, attracted its first investment from a Hungarian investor for just over 1 million kuna (100,000 euros). Madbarz is currently valued now at just under 1 million euros.
