Young Croatian entrepreneur Ivan Mrvoš makes Forbes ’30 Under 30’ list

The 2019 edition of Forbes annual 30 Under 30 list, which celebrates the brightest young entrepreneurs and leaders in the world, has been released.

On the list this year, in the 30 Under 30 – Europe – Manufacturing & Industry 2019 category is young 23-year-old Croatian entrepreneur Ivan Mrvoš.  

“Ivan Mrvos is the founder of Include, which manufactures solar-powered ‘smart benches’ equipped for the Internet of Things that can be incorporated into smart city initiatives. Since its founding, the company has sold over 900 of its benches to cities around the world,” Forbes writes.  

Mrvoš founded the company in his hometown of Solin near Split on the Croatian coast in 2014. His company has quickly become one of Europe’s leading producers of smart street furniture with over 855 smart benches now in 250 cities on 5 continents.

Include are also involved in many major ‘Smart City’ projects and late last year launched a brand new product – Monna cycling point – which is a solar-powered point with multiple functionalities – bike racks and electrical sockets for charging electric bicycles, bike repairing tools, wireless charging pad and charging ports for wired phones, night illumination and data collection.

In 2018, Include was named the fastest growing company of Central Europe in Rising Stars category by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Programme after growing a massive 1950% in the last three years of business operations.

Currently, the benches, which are manufactured in Solin at their 2,000m2 facility, can be found in all corners of the world, including Croatia, Australia, Germany, Slovakia, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, USA, UK, Portugal, Qatar, Israel and Dubai.
