10 May 2020 – The quarantine has made musicians think outside the box when it comes to recording music. One way is via well put together video editing.

Musicians in Seattle, in Washington State’s largest city, have got together to record a cover of popular Croatian song Ne dirajte mi ravnicu by Miroslav Skoro and American-Croatian folk music legend Jerry Grcevich.

The song, which translates as ‘Do not touch my plain’ and referred to Škoro’s home region of Slavonia, was particularly poignant during the Croatian War of Independence.

Andrea Kunza, Anna Kunza, John Morovich, Michael Kunza, Marko Raguž, Matija Milišić, Mislav Magerl, Petra Vujević from Seattle joined virtually to cover the song. The video editing was done by Mislav Magerl.

You can watch their version below.
