The Cure wrap up successful INmusic festival in Zagreb with 2 hour show

27 June 2019 – Another edition of INmusic festival in Zagreb came to an end last night with a two-hour show from legendary band The Cure. 

The third and final day of the 14th INmusic festival at Lake Jarun in the Croatian capital was opened by One Possible Option and Phantasmagoria, before Italian electro/dark wave band JoyCut took the stage. 

The brilliant LP then took to the stage in front of a packed crowd. The American singer entertained fans playing a number of her big hits. 

The Cure then took to the main stage at 10:45 pm to the excitement of the fans who sung along with the band as they played “Pictures of You”, “Friday I’m In Love”, “A Forest”, “Boys Don’t Cry” and other classic hits for over two hours.

The OTP World Stage was opened by Ichabod and And The Kid, before Mangroove and Kojoti. Peter Bjorn and John, best known for their hit “Young Folks”, headlined the Europavox Hidden stage.

Over the last three days the Zagreb public also had the chance to see The Hives, Johnny Marr, Kurt Vile & The Violators, Suede, Garbage, Thievery Corporation, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls and many more acts.

INmusic festival #15 will be held from 22-24 June 2020.
