Sail Week Croatia – Giving Tourists The Ultimate Croatian Experience

Undoubtedly one of the best, and increasingly popular ways to discover Croatia’s spectacular coast and its host of picturesque islands, is on board a sailing yacht. With local knowledge key in creating an unforgettable holiday experience on the sea in Croatia, a new player in the skippered sailing holidays market with local knowledge is starting to make waves. Sail Week Croatia, owned by Croatian Ante Zivkovic and Kiwi/Croatian Vincent (Vice) Radonich, have a simple motto – to give tourists the ultimate Croatian experience. Croatia Week caught up with co-owner Radonich.

How was Sail Week Croatia born?
Being passionate sailors, Ante and I came up with the idea to start Sail Week Croatia this year as we believe that sailing around Croatia is absolutely the best way to experience one of the most exotic places in the world, and with our local knowledge we wanted to share with tourists the ultimate Croatian experience that they will never forget.

What do Sail Week Croatia offer?
We offer skippered sailing holidays for groups or individuals. With our local knowledge we have tailored the best routes on the Adriatic to suit our customers. Not only do we offer the party experience on board our yachts, but we also offer the unforgettable experience of regattas, exploring hidden bays and treasures, and enjoying the best of Croatian food & wine. We offer all-inclusive and fully transparent pricing, i.e. from breakfast to lunch to marina and berthing fees. All you need to do is get over there and the only other costs will be alcohol and evening meals.
What makes a holiday with Sail Week Croatia special?
As Ante has lived on the Dalmatian coast his whole life, he knows the coast and its hidden treasures like the back of his hand. The experience we offer is from a local perspective meaning we give our customers an authentic taste of Croatia by taking them to some of the best hidden bays and coves on the coast. With our in-depth local knowledge we also give our groups a traditional Croatian dining experience by taking them to authentic Croatian restaurants. The ultimate goal is for everyone to get the right mix: both party and chill out whilst taking in the way of life in Dalmatia.
