Nikola’s straw masterpieces coming to Zagreb

Open air land art gallery featuring unique straw sculptures open in Zagreb this week…

From 30-31 August 2016 Osijek sculpture maestro Nikola Faller, and his association ‘Slama’ (Straw), will create unique sculptures from straw at Zagreb’s Art Park, which is located between Tomić street and Strossmayer promenade in the heart of the Croatian capital.

The works will form the main part of an open-air gallery which will go on at the park until 2 October 2016.

Over the next two days Nikola will create the sculptures out of completely natural materials found outdoors. He has shown in his works consistently that straw is an excellent and authentic sculptural material which in no way limits creativity.
