[PHOTOS] New Tourist Golf Facility Opens in Pula

A new golf range has been officially opened on Tuesday at the Verudela tourist resort in the Istrian city of Pula…

Verudela resort is situated on the eastern side of the Punta Verudela peninsula on Croatia’s southern coast near Pula and the new golf range which opened today is located at the sports complex near the hotels Park Plaza Histria and Park Plaza Arena.

The golf range extends over 1,000 square meters and is designed to simulate all the elements of a professional golf course such as bunkers and rough. There is a 9-hole practice putting green of 300m2, three smaller greens to improve ones short game, 6 practice cages and one chipping practice green area. Guests will have access to golf equipment at the range.

Just over 100,000 euros was invested in the new golf range project and is designed for guests who are newcomers to the game. There will also be trained instructions on site.
