The small island of Lokrum, which is around 600 metres from the city of Dubrovnik, will be home to a ‘Game of Thrones’ theme park, writes Poslovni Puls. A monastery on the island will next year turn into a 2-level ‘theme park’ for the popular series which is also filmed in Dubrovnik. The series producers HBO have reportedly given their backing to the tourist attraction, which will house original items from the set, including costumes.
