More Accolades for Croatia’s Latest UK Export

One of Croatia’s latest exports to the UK seems to quickly be forging a reputation for herself. Actress Zrinka Cvitešić has just received further recognition for her work, this time in the form of a nomination for the prestigious Broadway World UK Award.
Cvitešić (34), who won the ‘Best Debut Performance on London’s West End’ award for her role in the musical ‘Once’, has been nominated for the Broadway World UK Award in the Best Actor in a Musical category.
London-based Cvitešić, who won best actress in a leading role awards for her part in one of Croatia’s most successful films What is a man without a moustache, made her West End debut earlier this year in the lead role in the West End production of the Broadway hit Musical based on the Oscar-winning film Once, which tells the tale of an Irish busker and a young Czech mother who meet through a shared love of music.
