Longest-running Dutch Soap Filmed in Zagreb

Parts of the latest season of Goede tijden, slechte tijden (Good times, bad times), which was the first daily soap in the Netherlands and with over 1.5 million viewers each episode is the highest rated soap opera there, were filmed in the Croatian capital Zagreb, and have just started airing in the Netherlands.

Filming for this seasons show, which also screens in Portugal, Malaysia, Wales, Iceland, Thailand, Switzerland, Turkey, Surinam and South Africa, took place in Zagreb October, and is a great promotion for the city and nation with the first episode featuring Zagreb attracting 1,744,000 viewers.
