FIFA Rankings: Croatia End 2015 in 18th Spot

EURO 2016-bound Croatia have ended 2015 in 18th spot in the world on FIFA’s ranking list…

Belgium end the year as the number one ranked side in the world, whilst current World Cup holders Germany have slipped down to 4th spot after a few disappointing results this year.

Looking at Croatia’s opponents in their 2018 World Cup qualifying group, which starts next year, Turkey is the highest ranked side in 21st position. Austria, who have had a run of recent good results, are the surprise package in the top 10.
