Davis Cup: Draw for Croatia v USA Semifinal Made in Zadar

The draw for the Davis Cup semi-final between Croatia and the USA was made today in Zadar. 

The two teams will battle it out at Sportski centar Visnjik from 14-16 September 2018 in Zadar for a place in the Davis Cup final. 

Today’s draw, held by Sv. Donat in Zadar, saw Borna Ćorić drawn out first to play Steve Johnson in the first match on Friday at 11 am.

The second match of the day on Friday will be played between world no. 6 Marin Čilić and Frances Tiafoe.

On Saturday the doubles match will take place between Ivan Dodig and Mate Pavić and Mike Bryan and Ryan Harrison. That match will start at 2 pm.

On Sunday, starting at 11 am, Čilić will play Johnson and if required Ćorić will play Tiafoe. 

Croatia leads the USA 4-0 in head-to-head matches, winning in Zagreb (2003), Los Angeles (2005), Poreč (2009) and in Portland (2016).
