An ice cream from Croatian-based producer Ledo has won a prestigious award.

King Majestic, Ledo’s cheesecake, blueberry and white chocolate ice cream, has been crowned the best in the world.

The prestigious title was awarded by the International Ice Cream Consortium (IICC) at its regular annual conference, after the presentation and tasting of ice creams produced around the world.

“We are extremely proud of this award, which proves that our King Majestic is not only loved by consumers who recognize it as a new brand flavor of top quality and innovative flavors, it was also won by a strict jury of experts who are specialists in the ice cream industry. Of course, this is a particularly great recognition for the development team that managed to turn the world’s favorite dessert, cheesecake, into a phenomenal ice cream,” Ledo plus said in a statement

King Majestic is woven from premium cheesecake-flavored ice cream mass with blueberry liquid filling, blueberry and white chocolate double topping, and crunchy cereal sprinkles.

All King ice creams are extremely popular, and the story began with King Classic ice cream, which entered the Croatian market in 1995. Over the course of more than two decades, more than 30 unique flavor combinations were launched.
