Croatian Actress (41) Dies Suddenly

MajaOne of Croatia’s more gifted actresses Maja Petrin (41) has passed away suddenly in Zagreb on Tuesday, reports portal teatar.hr…

Born in Zagreb on 3 July 1972, Petrin graduated from dance school before and was a member of the theatre ballet ensemble before going on to study acting. Petrin starred in a number of plays in Croatia before building a television career which included hosting TV shows and roles in Croatian soap operas such as Villa Maria, Zabranjena ljubav, Ponos Ratkajevih, Zakon ljubavi, Hitna 94, Pod sretnom zvijezdom, and Stipe u gostima.

Petrin reportedly passed away on Tuesday after suffering a heart attack.
