Adelaide, Australia is set to come alive with the vibrant and colourful celebration of Croatian culture, folklore and traditions as the Croatian Folkloric Arts Festival 2023 takes centre stage next weekend. 

This eagerly anticipated event, hosted by HFS Lenek Adelaide, will feature a diverse range of performances, highlighting the best of Croatian music, dance, and song. 

Numerous Croatian folkloric groups, klapa, and musicians from across Australia will converge at the Woodville Town Hall to present their talents and entertain the audience with their awe-inspiring performances.

The festival’s program is packed with exciting events to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend. The festivities begin with the Opening Night on Friday, June 16, at 6 PM, held at The Dom. This meet and greet event is free to attend, and participants can also enjoy a delicious smorgasbord dinner.

For those looking to keep the party going, the Zabava After Party on Saturday night is not to be missed. Starting at 7 PM at The Dom, the event will feature the sensational ‘EKIPA’ playing lively music to keep everyone on their feet and dancing the night away.

The highlight of the festival is the Concert Performance, taking place on Saturday, June 17, at 12:30 PM at the prestigious Woodville Town Hall. This is the perfect opportunity to witness the sheer talent and passion of Croatian performers as they take the stage.

To bring the festival to a close, a relaxing and heartfelt gathering will be held on Sunday, June 18, at 1 PM at The Dom. This is the ideal time for attendees to unwind, share their experiences, and bid farewell to friends old and new. Admission is free, and delicious food will be available to savour one last taste of Croatian cuisine.
