Zagreb, December 1, 2023 – Simple Minds, the legendary Scottish rock band led by Jim Kerr, will be performing for the first time at Pula Arena on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

The band will grace the most spectacular open-air concert venue in Croatia, perhaps even the most beautiful one in this part of Europe.

Simple Minds held a sold-out concert at Zagreb’s Šalata Stadium in June 2022 as part of their extensive global tour. This time, the two-thousand-year-old amphitheatre will serve as the perfect stage for Simple Minds to revisit mega-hits from their entire career and deliver the best from their repertoire.

Since the 70s, Simple Minds have established themselves as one of the UK’s most renowned bands, selling over 60 million records worldwide with chart-topping singles on both sides of the Atlantic.

The band boasts five number-one albums in the UK – “Sparkle In The Rain” (1984), “Once Upon A Time” (1985), “Street Fighting Years,” the recording “Live In The City Of Light” (1987), and the compilation “Glittering Prize 81/92.”

Simple Minds are known as a fantastic live band that doesn’t allow the audience a moment of rest throughout their multi-hour performances. Described by The Guardian as a band that looks like they’ve just begun their career, bringing unwavering energy, Jim Kerr makes it clear that they are indeed strong on stage: “Concerts are the heartbeat of Simple Minds, the place where both we and the audience come alive and feel the energy through the music.”

In Pula Arena, the legendary rock band Simple Minds will bring the absolutely essential songs from their rich catalog.
