Croatia Airlines has announced ambitious plans for the 2026 summer season, confirming an expanded network, more flights, and increased capacity as the national carrier continues to modernise its fleet.
Running from 29 March to 24 October 2026, the new summer timetable will see Croatia Airlines operate more than 19,290 flights, marking a 6% increase on this year.
Over 2.39 million seats will be offered, representing a 9% rise compared with 2025.
The airline will connect Croatia with 32 international destinations across 33 European airports, operating 55 scheduled international routes.
The carrier’s ongoing fleet renewal programme is central to the expansion. Croatia Airlines currently operates seven new Airbus A220 aircraft, with a further seven expected to join during 2026.
The larger, more efficient fleet is expected to support continued passenger growth and improved service across the network.
Two New Seasonal Routes
Two new seasonal routes will debut next summer:
• Nantes – Split (Tuesdays and Fridays)
• Stuttgart – Dubrovnik (Mondays and Fridays)
To mark the launch, promotional return fares have been introduced:
• Nantes – Split from €169,
• Stuttgart – Dubrovnik from €139.
Tickets are available via the airline’s website and mobile app.
Zagreb: 23 International Destinations
Zagreb will see a notable boost in capacity, with 144,000 additional seats compared to this season.
The capital will be linked to 23 international destinations, including major hubs such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, London Heathrow, Paris, and Zürich. Connections will also continue to regional cities including Mostar, Sarajevo, Skopje, and Tirana.
Routes to Athens and Rome will operate via Dubrovnik or Split, providing added flexibility for travellers.
Split: Direct Links to 20 Destinations
Split Airport will be connected to 20 European destinations, covering 21 airports. Among them are Dublin, Düsseldorf, Istanbul, Lyon, Oslo, Prague, Stockholm, and both London Gatwick and Heathrow. Seat capacity to and from Split will rise by around 10%, underscoring the city’s continued importance as a tourism gateway.
Dubrovnik and Regional Routes
Croatia Airlines will maintain a strong presence in Dubrovnik, operating direct flights to eight European cities: Athens, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, Prague, Rome, Stuttgart, and Zürich.
Year-round services on the Rijeka – Munich and Osijek – Munich routes will also continue, supporting regional connectivity beyond the peak season.
