[VIDEO] African Orphans Learn Popular Croatian Song

A Croatian volunteering in an African orphanage has not taken long to teach the locals a famous Croatian electropop hit.

Filip, who is a recently graduated engineer, left Croatia at the end of March to volunteer in Uganda, Ruanda, and Congo where he is helping build a school for 50 orphans, daily Slobodna Dalmacija reports.

Whilst there he is also teaching the kids how to play basketball and the lyrics of a well-known Croatian hit released in 1989 – ‘Ti si mi u mislima’ by Dino Dvornik.

As seen in the video below, the kids seemed to enjoy learning the song.

“He says that it is difficult to describe their enthusiasm,” writes Adela Peca, who shared the video which has become a hit with nearly 100,000 views in under 24 hours.
