“Most bride and grooms choose a song that means something to them and connects then with some special moments together. Many couples select their first dance song at the last minute, or just before the wedding because they want to be completely sure of their choice”, Mirela Lela Mikišić from Zagreb wedding organisers Lela Design told portal Zadovoljna.hr, who have published a list of the 3 most popular Croatian first dance songs.
The top 3 most popular Croatian first dance songs was based on a large survey and it saw Gibonni take the number 1 spot with his tune ‘Lipa moja’ (My beautiful). Oliver Dragojević’s ‘Ako voliš me’ (If you love me) was the second most popular, followed by Jacques Houdek’s ‘Živim za to’ (I live for this).
