The Pelješac Bridge, which connects the southernmost parts of Croatia and the country’s mainland, has passed a technical inspection.

The bridge will open, along with 20km of access roads, in July this year. The remaining 10 kilometres of access roads and the Ston bypass will be completed by the end of the year.

A fortnight ago, the last segment of the 485-metre-long bridge connecting two tunnels across Ston Bay on was erected.
