A cake showing off the traditional folklore costume from Konavle near Dubrovnik is a finalist in the international ‘Super Astonishing Cake in the World’ competition.
The ‘Konavoka’ cake is made by expert baker Dubravka Falkoni Matic and already has over 800 votes in the competition to find the most astonishing cake in the world organised by leading cake portal Amazing Cake Ideas.
Other finalists in the competition include a special Game of Thrones and emoji themed cake. There are 52 cakes in the running with voting open to the public.

Dubravka’s cake was one of the finalists in the best Croatian motif cake which was judged by Buddy Valastro from TLC reality TV show Cake Boss.
