ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) – The 12th Theatre Night will be held in more than 40 towns across Croatia on November 21 despite the pandemic, in adjusted circumstances and with fewer participants to protect the health of artists and visitors, organisers announced on Monday.

The event will include performances, concerts, exhibitions, open rehearsals and socialising as much as possible, project coordinator Sandra Banic Naumovski told the press.

For the first time, Theatre Night will include online programmes which theatres have prepared for their visitors.

Theatre Night will again last several days, from November 19 in Grubisno Polje and Zadar to November 27 on the island of Korcula.

All premises will adhere to epidemiological measures.

Theatre Night has been supported by the Culture Ministry from the start. The minister’s special advisor, Iva Hraste Soco, said she was glad that this year, despite the challenges faced in performing arts, “a decent number of theatres has expressed the wish to participate in Theatre Night.”

The programme is available at www.noc-kazalista.com.
