The Croatian Restaurants Which Made the 2017 Michelin Guide

On Wednesday the first ever restaurant in Croatia to be awarded a Michelin Star was announced.

Monte in Rovinj met strict criteria and now has the honour of being the first restaurant in Croatia to hold a Michelin Star.

A total of 33 other restaurants in Croatia also received special recommendations from Michelin guide inspectors and have made it into the prestigious 2017 Michelin Guide. Those restaurants are:
