Croatia, along with Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania and Poland, have the lowest number of immigrants in the European Union, according to Eurostat statistics…
Switzerland has the highest number of immigrants (22.8%), followed by Baltic states Latvia (16.3%) and Estonia (15.7%) because of their large former Soviet Union citizens. According to the statistics, 7.6% of the UK population were foreign citizens, whilst Holland has 4.2%. At the bottom end of the scale, Croatia, with 0.6%, Turkey (0.3%) Romania (0.2%) and Poland (0.1%) had the fewest.
