Stoke City Make Offer For Veteran Croatian Striker

Olić (34), who is currently at Wolfsburg in Germany, told daily Jutarnji list that he has been talking with the Staffordshire club.
“I have also got an offer from Stoke. I talked with the manager and president of that club and I saw that they really want me,” said the veteran workhorse, adding that “I must admit, playing another year against the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United sounds good to me.”

Olić says he also has an offer to extend his contract at Wolfsburg for another season.

“So I will stay at Wolfsburg or I will move to Stoke.” said Olić.
