Southampton Sign Croat On 4-Year Deal

Croatian international Dejan Lovren (23) has signed a four-year deal with English premier league side Southampton.

“I spoke with the president and coach of the club and its a fantastic project. This is a big club and I am happy I will be a part of it. After 3.5 years in France (Lyon), I want to play in the Premiership. We are a young side and I hope I will stay here a long time and do something big,” said Lovren.

Although not revealed yet, it is reported that Lyon sold Lovren for 10 million euros, 2 more than they bought him from Dinamo Zagreb for.
