Salma Hayek arrives in Croatia: ‘a new magical location’

ROVINJ, 7 April 2019 – Actress Salma Hayek has echoed the thoughts about Croatia of her current co-star Samuel L. Jackson.
Earlier today, Jackson took to Instagram to reveal what he thought about Rovinj after arriving on Saturday for filming of the movie ‘The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard’.
“This new location looks promising! Croatia is lovely at first glance,” Jackson wrote on his Instagram after posting three photos from Rovinj.
This evening, Hayek posted a photo taken on the street in the Old Town of Rovinj together with her co-star.
“Arriving to a new magical location,” wrote Hayek, who has starred in movies such as Frida, Desperado, and From Dusk till Dawn.
Hayek and Jackson arrived in the country this weekend to film scenes for The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard, which is the sequel to the 2017 film The Hitman’s Bodyguard.
The movie also stars Ryan Reynolds, Morgan Freeman, and Antonio Banderas.
Filming will take place in Croatia for the next month, with Zagreb also to be one of the shooting locations. The film is also shot in Italy, Bulgaria and United Kingdom and will be released next year.
