Sailing Gold for Croatia at European Championships

Kljaković Gašpić out-sailed New Zealander Josh Junior to claim his third gold medal in the finn class. Slovenia’s Vasilij Žbogar finished in third place.

“I knew today conditions were going to be difficult. I am glad that I have managed to win, it is my fourth gold in Split in front of my family and friends…a party will follow for sure,” said a delighted Ivan after the win on Sunday.
