Rising Croatian Basketball Star to Enter 2015 NBA Draft

“Barcelona SG Mario Hezonja will enter the draft, according to his agency,” Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress.com said. The 6ft-8in wing, whose 3-year contract with Barcelona is up at the summer, is a potential top 10 pick in the Daft.

Hezonja was named Most Valuable Player of the 2011 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship, after leading his team with a double-double in the final, 21 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals. He was part of the senior Croatian national basketball team at the 2014 FIBA World Cup.

The NBA Draft will take place in New York on 25 June.
