Born in Zagreb in 1931, Tomislav Simović was one of the most important Croatian composers of his time, writing not only the music for the famous cartoon series, but also writing the music for the only Croatian film to win an Oscar award – ‘Surogat’. Simović, who won numerous awards during his illustrious career, will be remembered as one of the greats in the industry.
