Good news for dumpling fans in Zagreb.

The first dumpling-dedicated boutique opens in the Oktogon passageway which connects Petar Preradović Square with Ilica street in downtown Zagreb on Friday 13 July.

Servus – Knedle s potpisom offers only dumplings, or knedle as they are known in Croatia. The unique boutique will offer sweet and savoury dumplings with a variety of different flavours.

Dumplings are commonly found in Central European and East European cuisine and are usually made from flour, bread or potatoes. They are often served as a side dish, but can also be a dessert such as plum dumplings, or even meatballs in soup. Many varieties and variations exist.
