One of Dubrovnik’s iconic hotels re-opened recently after being closed for extensive renovations.

The Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik, built in 1897, is one of the city’s most recognisable hotels. , The hotel’s reception area, executive lounge, bar and all rooms have been refurbished.

“The Hilton Imperial is considered one of Dubrovnik’s landmarks, with its striking facade featuring in many holiday-maker’s photos, especially when lit up at night. We’ve preserved this iconic exterior while updating the interiors to reflect the hotel’s imperial heritage, bringing 19th-century grandeur together with contemporary luxury and style,” General Manager Mario Matkovic said.
