One Of Hollywood’s Most Successful Producers To Return To Live In Croatia

Croatia’s only citizen to have won 2 Oscar awards and its most famous Hollywood film producer Branko Lustig is to return to live in his homeland after 25-years living in Los Angles.

Lustig (80), who received his first Oscar in 1993 for producing Schindler’s List and followed it up with another for producing the hit film Gladiator starring Russel Crowe, has packed up all his furniture in Los Angles and is days away from moving back to live in Zagreb.

Lustig says he will have fond memories of the city of angels as his friends held a farewell party in his honour recently there. Lustig, who as a child was imprisoned for two years in Auschwitz, is also the winner of two BAFTA awards, two Emmy’s, two Golden Globes and many more awards.
