New Croatian Festival Nominated for 2 European Festival Awards

Sea Star Festival, which was held for the first time in Croatia this year, has been nominated for two prestigious European Festival Awards.

The 1st Sea Star Festival was held in May this year on six stages at the Stella Maris resort in Umag on Croatia’s northern Adriatic coast.

Grammy Award winner Fatboy Slim, German star Paul Kalkbrenner, Pendulum, The Prodigy, Dubioza kolektiv and Urban&4 were just some the acts at the festival which was a huge hit in its first year.

Sea Star festival, which is from the EXIT festival family, has been nominated for Best New Festival and Best Festival Up to 40,000 Daily Visitors at the European Festival Awards.

Voting for the awards opened yesterday and goes on until 30 November 2017. Voting is open here.
