Morrissey to Perform in Zagreb

MorrisseyFamous British singer Morrissey, who rose to fame in the 1980’s when he was the frontman for The Smiths, is to perform a concert in Zagreb next month…

Morrissey, who has been branded as ‘one of the most influential artists ever”, enjoyed an illustrious solo career after the Smiths broke up. He had a 10 UK Top 10 Singles, whilst his first solo album, 1988’s Viva Hate, entered the UK albums chart at number one. It might be one of the last chance fans have to see him in action after he announced that his ‘retirement’ from the stage was not too far away.

Morrissey, who is now a vocal advocate for vegetarianism and animal rights, will play at the Zagreb’s Velesajam on 11 December.
