Moroccan Princess Enjoys Luxury Stay on Croatia’s Coast

Princess Lalla Meryem (52), who is the first daughter and eldest child of the late King Hassan II of Morocco and his wife Lalla Latifa, cruised the Adriatic coast on board the luxury yacht Insignia, before docking at the southern Dalmatian island of Hvar. Insignia then made its way to Split where Princess Lalla Meryem boarded a private Boeing 747. Insignia, which comes compete with a swimming pool and sauna, costs 200,000 euros a week to rent. It is not the first time the Moroccan Princess has been in town, last year and in 2009 she was also spotted on Croatia’s coast.
