More Than 300,000 Fans In The USA & Canada Want Dinamo/Hajduk Tour

More than 97% of those surveyed in the USA and Canada want to see Croatian clubs Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split tour North America.

304,785 people took part in a survey organised by US club Garden State Croatia FC, after they were approached by a promotional company in Croatia to gauge interest in the two champion Croatian clubs touring.

“Both clubs recognize the love their supporters all over the world hold and want to reward that support by bringing the game and the club they support to them! Both teams are committed to bring fans in USA, Canada as well as Australia/NZ closer to their idols, especially younger ones”, said GS Croatia FC.

Out of those surveyed 32.2% want to see Dinamo Zagreb play Hajduk Split in Toronto in Canada, with 21.2% wanting the match played in Chicago and 19.8% in New York / New Jersey. Another interesting statistic to come out of the survey was that support for the two giant Croatian clubs was split. 42% said that they were Dinamo Zagreb fans, whilst 37.3% were fans of the Dalmatians Hajduk Split.
