Miss Croatia Makes Final 16 At Miss Universe 2012

Croatia’s representative Elizabeta Burg (19) has finished 11th at this year’s Miss Universe held in Las Vegas last night. Watched by close to 1 billion viewers, the title of Miss Universe 2012 went to American Olivia Culpo (20).
With 88 beauties competing, making it into the last 16 was an achievement for the young economic and management student. Janine Tugonon (23) from the Philippines was first runner-up, whilst Venezuela’s Irene Sofia Esser Quintero (21) was 2nd runner-up.
