Marin Cilic Cuts Ties With Coach Bob Brett

Croatia’s number one tennis player Marin Cilic has severed ties with his long-time coach Bob Brett, reports Croatian daily Vecernji list.

“We spoke and decided together to end our working relationship. The period in which we were together was top class. I first met Bob in 2004 and everything I learnt about tennis was from him,” said Cilic from Paris, who will go into the upcoming French Open without a coach.

Cilic says that he will be in no rush to find a replacement for the 60-year-old Australian. “I will be alone at tournaments for the next few weeks, while I clear my thoughts and decide my next step.”
