Hollywood Actor Eric Roberts to Film in Croatia

Hollywood actor Eric Roberts will be in Croatia filming for his new film ‘Someone Dies Tonight’ next month…

Roberts, who has starred in a number of film and TV series and is the brother of actress Julia Roberts, will play one of the main roles in the film set to be shot in Croatia.

Filming for ‘Someone Dies Tonight’ starts in March and will be produced by Dream Team Pictures from Germany in partnership with Mindfilms International from India and a Croatian producers.

Filming will take place in Eastern Croatia in the Osijek-Baranja County until May. Along with Roberts, actors Costas Mandylor, Maik Van Epple, Jenny Paris, Claudiu Raymond, Roni Lepej, Angelo Borer, Božidar Alić, Goran Stjepanović and Ivana Elektra will also star in the film.



“I’m sure this is the first time that an international thriller has been filed in Croatia, and I am convinced it will open doors for the film industry in Croatia for future projects. With Eric Roberts everything was agreed quickly, he’s a great guy and is really looking forward to coming to Croatia,” the film’s producer Vjekoslav Katušin said.
