Goran Slams ITF: “Youngest Member is 90 Years Old”

Goran IvanisevicLegendary Croatian tennis player Goran Ivanišević, who was just as entertaining off the court as he was on it during his career, was back to his best yesterday.

Goran attacked the International Tennis Federation (ITF) whilst commenting about the Marin Čilić and Victor Troicki doping scandals. Čilić, who is now coached by the former Wimbledon champion, had his ban for doping reduced earlier this month, and Goran was not holding back.

“They (ITF) are torturing people who are not crooks,” said Goran, before continuing to say that the youngest member in the ITF is 90 years old, and that they “act as a sect and care only about money and functions. I am most dissatisfied with the ATP. It will not get better for players until they form a union and are willing to strike. They would see how ATP would act like if there were no matches for a day or a week,” said the ace merchant.
