At the tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula in Pula two friends have opened up the first ‘raw food’ restaurant in the Istria region.

Every day Shanti offers a new menu made up such things as cream soups, pastas, kus-kus, pizzas, vegetables , side dishes and desserts. There are always three to four different varieties of salads on offer also, and raw bread and seasme seed crackers.
