Eater Lists 9 Hottest New Restaurants in Zagreb

Eater, which is one of the most read culinary portals in the world and is part of American multinational digital media company Vox Media, on Thursday published its list of the 9 hottest new restaurants in the Croatian capital Zagreb.

“Zagreb’s restaurant scene is more exciting than ever thanks to a flurry of new openings that shows no sign of letting up. Chefs and restaurateurs are more willing to experiment, whether that’s through the food they serve or the format they favor,” restaurant writer and editor Marcella Veneziale says before listing the TOP 9.
