“We started harvesting around August 25, two or three weeks earlier than in previous years due to the extremely sunny summer. Early Chardonnay and Pinot Gris varieties were harvested, and we use them to produce our RE Kabola sparkling wine. We have just finished the Malvasia harvest, which accounts for 70 percent of the total production of grapes and wine”, says the famous Istrian winemaker Marino Markežić, adding that it has been another excellent wine year.
